UFC is a company.
MMA is the sport you want to train for.

you need to train stand up striking- boxing, kickboxing, muay thai. Take downs and takedown defense- wrestling, Ground fighting- brazilian jiu jitus, or any grappling art.

it's mma which is mixed martial arts pretty, so just simply train in different martial arts that include striking, grappling, and submissions.

You want to be as well rounded as possible so that you can fight standing up and have a ground game as well. I'd suggest training in all of the above. Mostly Ju-Jitsu and kickboxing but those two for sure. Best of luck to you.

For striking at least one of these: kyokushin karate, sanda, muay thai, boxing.

For grappling at least one of these: Judo, Brazilian jujitsu, catch wrestling, greco-Roman or freestyle wrestling.

Or you can do one versatile style like : Combat Sambo, shidokan karate.

good luck!
